Help us keep our children safe

St Joseph’s children’s intermediary facility has a long-standing commitment to the health care needs of our children. Their safety is our highest priority. During this global COVID-19 pandemic, our commitment to them and our staff to provide a safe, reliable place to receive care is even more important to us.

During this infectious disease outbreak, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)  is the best line of defence against disease transmission. To keep staff wearing protective clothing, children wearing masks, and the strict protocol followed for special visits of parents to see their children after four months – comes at a huge cost to St Joseph’s.

You can help by donating R200 online or EFT and fund at least one  iCare bag. Our target is to raise R400 000 which will enable us to buy 2 000 bags filled with the protection and care!

What can I do to help?

Donate to our personal protective equipment drive, every R200 buys

10 surgical masks,  2 pairs of gloves and 2 aprons.
